Classes take place online, and are adapted to home kitchens. We can put your shopping list together for you
Each class comes with an original recipe card and ingredients list. We can deliver these straight to your door.
You can plan your classes with your chef according to your availability during the taster session.
Our passionate chefs have been through the world's best kitchens and they are ready to share their secrets with you!
Our pricing varies based on the number of meals and techniques you want to master. Group Masterclasses begin at £85 per person. The trial session is free!

I'm Gráinne Mullins, Galway Girl and Eurotoques Young Chef of the Year 2019. I'm a pastry chef that embraces local and seasonal produce. I have honed my skills preparing and creating a range of desserts for some of Ireland's leading restaurants. Bringing creativity and adventure to my cooking style, I have a goal of breathing new life into old favourites.
My name is Daniele Bianco and I am an Italian Chef born in Naples. My passion for food began when I was child. Currently Sous Chef at Fallow Restaurant in London, I have developed my skills with renowned Italian and International Chefs in Michelin Star Restaurant as Seta Restaurant**, Taverna Estia ** and Dinner by Heston Blumenthal**. My cuisine comes from my Italian origin, memories and cultures. I am happy to teach you the delicious and simple Italian recipes with minimum effort and maximum satisfaction.
I’m a passionate chef and owner of Fallow restaurant, Mayfair. I worked for Heston Blumenthal at Dinner ** for four years and have had the pleasure of working at Gordon Ramsey’s Royal Hospital Road *** and also at Core by Clare Smyth **. If you want to impress your loved one or even learn a new skill together I can help!
Can I get the ingredients delivered to my place?
Yes! If you prefer we work with official restaurant suppliers who can deliver ingredients within 3-4 days. Ingredient costs are in addition to the tuition price.
How long does a class last?
A class lasts three hours. A complementary learning sheet is provided for each session that includes all the necessary information (pre-session prep., ingredients, utensils, recipe, advice and background).
Can I choose the type of cuisine and the dishes that I want to cook?
Yes. Your classes can be 100% personalised. During the taster class you and your chef can define the type of cuisine you want to learn and any specific dishes you want to create.

I'm Mark, having trained at the prestigious Dorchester Hotel in Mayfair, I then worked my way through the country's best restaurants, eventually becoming sous chef at the Bonhams* restaurant. After this I moved to Paris to work under Alain Ducasse at Le Meurice** in Paris. Apart from traditional french and modern European cuisine, I also have experience in cooking the finest Thai food from a spell at Som Saa in London. Specialities: pasta, butchery, fish preparation, protein cookery, Thai sharing plates, terrines.
